Probleme paramétrage primus fs7

Bonjour j'ai un grand probleme de parametrage avec mes primus acheté en occasion- elles etaient en paiement par jeton
J'ai toujours l'erreur 13 quelque soit le programme de lavage : si c'est programme "linge delicat" , la temperature atteint 15 ° (et n'arrive pas à 20), si c'est programme synthtique, la temperature atteint 29-31 ° ( et non 40) et fini donc par bloquer (Err 13)
Pour info, elles n'ont pas de resistance.
Si quelqu'un pouvait me donner les différents paramètres d'une machine primus , eau chaude, centrale de paiement.

FAILURE 13: HEATING FAILURE
If the heating resistors are not functioning : failure message 13 will be displayed.
The failure message is generated when the temperature is not raising with 3°C in 10 minutes time.
For HE = on : wait for heat selected => fault message 13 can occur
For HE = oFF : no wait for heat selected => fault message 13 will not occur
DIAGNOSE:
1. Check if the heating contactor is activated If the heating contactor is not activated: repair the
wiring or replace the contactor
2. Check if the heating resistors are heating If the heating resistors are not heating:
Repair the wiring or replace the defective resistors
3. Check if the temperature sensor is
functioning
If the temperature sensor is defective: replace the
temperature sensor
4. Check the output relay that powers
the heating contactor
If the relay is broken, replace the electronic board
5. Check the output relay that powers
the heating contactor
If the relay is not broken, but doesn't receive a signal
from the electronic board, replace the electronic board

J ai le document en francais MAIS La partie ci dessus n'est pas traduite

En plus il ya une partie qui semble etre mal traduite
Le temps d'attente au rechauffement doit etre sur "on" d'apres la doc française et sur "off" d'apres la doc en anglais.
Je reteste de suite ce parametre

AH oui, je voulais savoir ou se trouve le " contacteur pour le
réchauffement"

La doc en français est donc fausse !!!!
le paramètre HE doit être à "OFF" et non "ON"!!!
