moi aussij 'ai fait comme toi
mais juste pour avoir un previsionnel de W and D
j'ai divise par quatre son previsionnel pour obtenir une situation realiste....
finalement.....un potentiel de 7000 hab dans rayon de 8 kilometres
j ai cree une affaire avec ces criteres qui me semblent coherents
merci a d'autres de rectifier mai pour moi cela a marcher
W end D m 'annoncait un ca superieur mais je n y ai pas cru et j ai eu raison...
